IT人的命运不外“报酬刀俎，我为鱼肉”耳

今天看了网易裁人的事务，觉得有些失看。IT行业裁人其实不奇怪，问题就在于处置体例不妥，还呈现在网易身上。我不断认为网易是家伟大的公司，丁磊也是电子科大灿烂的一颗明星，竟然摘取如斯卤莽的体例看待员工，其实令人匪夷所思。
据相关媒体的报导，网易上周四突然公布闭幕公司的土木在线即企业利用事业部，因该部分开展不断不克不及差强人意。裁人无可厚非，补偿却达不到原则，不单没按《劳动法》的要求来打点，并且立场反常野蛮且强势------要么就是往客服部，要么就是卷起展盖走人，可抉择余地不大。
华为的余波尚未散尽，网易紧随其后，IT行业频繁的辞退事务琳琅满目，沸沸扬扬。看来，“IT民工”说法乃空穴来风，用一句“报酬刀俎，我为鱼肉”来描述IT人的命运是最安妥不外的了。而之所以会形成今天的场面，我认为有以下几个因素：
一， IT行业开展太快
IT行业开展十分快，那要求所有的IT公司必需及时调整战术，或者是营业扩展，或者是营业收缩。那种场面让良多IT人在职场上处于不不变的形态，一旦情况有变，随时可能面对赋闲求助紧急。
二，IT行业人才众多
IT行业人才的众多招致合作压力加大，中国大量的高校批量培育提拔IT人才，使其在数量上有所进步，然而在量量上却有所下降。良多人无法到达用人单元的要求而面对被炒鱿鱼的求助紧急，因为人才多了，单不说人才量量下降，就是在用人单元方面其要求也更高了。
三，IT行业的特殊性
所谓长江后浪推前浪，良多IT宿将反而不如刚出道的年轻人。因为IT行业其实不完全等同于传统的医生，律师啊什么的，那些是越老越火，IT人似乎各走各路。良多IT宿将越来越感应力有未逮，无法跟进互联网的开展，在“优良劣汰”机造下也不能不承受残酷的现实。
四，IT企业牛逼了
IT企业牛逼了，那使得他们有傲慢的本钱，你说像网易那种有几十亿现金储蓄的公司，假设所有人都走了他也没法活，但问题是人家牛逼啊，人家有钱所以不怕招不来人。人才不单不会走投还来不急呢。
五，法令律例方面仍然不敷健全
法令律例不健全让良多公司钻了空子，网易或许就是下一个，之前的一些公司我们就没必要一五一十的列出来。只是期看国度有关部分能实在起到感化，从法令律例方面来完美和约束，以保障广阔“IT民工”们的权益。

Today I obtained the news of “The redundancy of Netease”. I feel some disappointed. Generally speaking, it is common to cut staff. However, the key problem is how to perform it. All the time I suppose that Netease is one great company, while William Ding is one luminous star of UESTC. But the way he did with the problem is so beyond my imagination.
According to the report of some media, Netease published the information of redundancy of “On –line Building Enterprise Applications Dept”. It resulted from the bad performance of this section. The redundancy cares nothing. However, the pension can’t conform to the criteria. And the manner is so mighty, so rude. All the workers just have two choose------one is to transfer to “Customer Service Department”, the other is to leave off.
Can you remember the event of Huawei. Up to now, I have not forgotten it. Today Netease followed it. So usual for redundancy in IT industry. In my opinion, “IT farmer” is exactly and valid. We can consider them as “the cat among the pigeons”. How it can be this, there may be some factors as follows:
IT industry is so quickly developing
IT industry is so quickly developing, which request all the companies should be acute and timely to modify their strategies. It maybe the expansion of service, also can be the shrink of service. This will lead one bad result. So many IT people can’t be stable in their duties. Once the environment changes, the will face the risk of losing job.
So many birds in IT industry
Too many birds fly into IT industry. It causes high pressure. There are so many universities to bring up so many IT people. However, the talent is declining while the number is growing. The IT people can’t be so achieving to reach the request of enterprises, they will face the risk of losing job. Another reason is that the request of the employee is always rising.
The feature of IT industry
IT industry is always highly competitive. Many VETERAN can’t be as excellent as the new members. Because IT people is so greatly different from the doctors and lawyers. The older they are ,the more popular they are. However, IT people are on the contrary. So many VETERAN can’t keep up with the development of IT industry, so they have to face the cruel reality.
So powerful the IT companies are
The IT companies are so rich and powerful. So they have enough opportunities. Just as Netease, If all the members quit the jobs, the company can’t live. However, it has enough money to recollect the talent people. So many talents are dreaming of joining the company.
There are some bugs in law
There are some bugs in law just as there are some bugs in windows operation system. There are so many enterprises exploit the bugs to treat their employers. We sincerely hope that the related department can be more usefull to guarantee the rights and benefits of “IT farmers”.
