阿思丹学院(Seed Academy)是 ASDAN 中国办公室成立的学员管理与学分管理 机构。每一位参加ASDAN 中国项目的同学都将获得独一无二的终身阿思丹学院学 号：Seed 000xxxxxx，并建立学员综合素质评价档案。
所有同学参加ASDAN中 国各类素质教育项目所取得的经历、成绩、认证与奖项都将自动换算为不同的阿思丹 学分 (Seed Points)，累计加总即为本人总学分
阿思丹学院，是ASDAN总部与思德国际共同创立的ASDAN中国办公室，成立于2011年9月作为ASDAN在中国的分支机构推广ASDAN项目，并提供全方位的学术指导与培训。
ASDAN 全称英国素质教育发展认证中心，是一个非盈利性教育组织，得到英国教育部课程局（QCA)和英国高等院校招生服务中心（UCAS)授权，为全球学生提供素质教育认证和领导力课程开发已有40年历史。
