① complain about: 抱怨/抱怨，抱怨XX，也可以表示“抱怨”。
② 住酒店的时候说“我是XXX，我住XX房间”或者“我是XXX房间的XXX”都是用“I’m XXX from room XXX此表达。此外，酒店房间号的读法：101读作“one O one”, 112读作“one twelve"...，百位数不是读出来的，而是分开读出来的。
③ “女士，小姐”这个词在英语中的区别，请记住，不要叫错了，否则会叫出问题。
Mrs.用来称呼已婚女性，一般年龄较大；
Miss.被称为年轻未婚女性，年轻；
Ms.这是通用的。当对方不能确定是否结婚时，他们会使用这个词，但它主要用于书面语言（可能是因为MS和Miss读法是一样的）
④ 问问你能帮什么，除了how，你能帮什么？ can I help you，还可以说（How） may I help you, 或者文中的直接how can I help，但是老师教的can I help you几乎不需要。
⑤ attached表示“附加、连接、附送、附加”，如attached file附加文件，attached list附表在邮件中表示“附件”或“附XX”，如you can find our company profile in the attachment或attached our our company profile(附件为公司概况/介绍)；更正式，从法律的角度或语气使用 enclose herewith XXX】
